Solis Cannabis ships all our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide, and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Soliscannabis.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
Soliscannabis.com has the following option in the event there are items which are out of stock. Soliscannabis.com will notified you when the item is restocked.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Solis Cannabis is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
